  • Ryan Leheny

    OWNER & FOUNDER

    Meet Ryan, the founder, and CEO of Carolina Casa. Ryan grew up in Holly Springs, NC, and now operates his home restoration company out of Wendell, NC. When Ryan graduated from East Carolina University, he started crawl space repairs with Carolina Casa in Greenville, NC. Before starting the company, Ryan worked as a crawl space technician. Ryan's passion for home remediation and customer satisfaction is evident in everything he does. He takes a hands-on approach to managing the business, working closely with his team to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.

  • Kelly Belch

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Meet Kelly, Ryan's sister and office manager. Kelly graduated from East Carolina University and has been with the company for many years. Kelly is dedicated to providing quick scheduling and accurate information. She is known for her attention to detail and strong work ethic. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile make her a valuable asset to the company.

    HUMAN RESOURCES

    Kora has been a part of Carolina Casa for 6 years. She has grown up in Wendell, NC but was born in Fuquay-Varina, NC. She loves people and is one of our most highly trained staff members.

    HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

    Freya is the newest member of our team. She is a fast learner and has already proved to be a perfect assistant. She was rescued from euthanization by a local organization where we found her.
